Yes, SECONDTONAKED accounts are completely free with no time limits, nor any hidden fees.

Where can I update my contact information?

If you need to update your contact information, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on “Account details” in the menu on the left.
  3. Update your contact information.
  4. Click on “Save changes”.

Where can I update my addresses?

If you need to update your addresses, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on “Addresses” in the menu on the left.
  3. Click on “Edit” to edit an address.
  4. Update your address information.
  5. Click on “Save address”.

How can I change my password?

If you need to update your password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on “Account details” in the menu on the left.
  3. Enter your current password (linked to your account), and your new password.
  4. Click on “Save changes”.

Can I share or transfer my account?

Unfortunately not. secondtoNAKED accounts are non-transferable, non-sharable, and limited to one account per user or entity.

Before you decide to close your account, we would like to help you solve any issues you might be experiencing.

If you are:

  • receiving any unwanted emails,
  • having a problem with your account,
  • experiencing any other difficulty.

Our customer service department will be happy to help resolve any issues, or close your account on your behalf. Please contact us.

What happens after my account is closed?

After your account is closed, it will no longer be accessible. Accounts cannot be reopened. It is important to note that you will not be able to access your profile or account history.

You will need to create a new account if you wish to do it again in the future.

There is a waiting period before an account is closed, the time to process your closing request.
