How to place an order
SecondtoNAKED is a marketplace where you can browse and shop for fashion items from our affiliated partners. Here’s how you can place an order:
Select your item(s) and add to cart.
Click on the cart icon or view cart button to access the cart page.
Click on the “PLACE ORDER” button.
Enter your contact and payment details to make your purchase.
We will send an order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed. Partners from whom you have bought items will fulfil and ship your order.
Where is my order?
To check your order status and history, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on “Orders” in the menu on the left.
Delivery times vary from item to item. This information can be found by clicking on the “Shipping and Return” link on the secondtoNAKED product pages.
If you wish to track your parcel, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
Because we process your order as soon as it is received, it will not be able to be modified before delivery. However, you will be able to be able to return your items according to our return policy.
Also, if you wish to change your shipping details after your order has been placed, you can visit our partner’s site to get in touch directly. Make sure to provide your contact details and order number. Note that modifications are not always possible.
Why was my order cancelled?
In rare occasion, orders cannot be successfully placed with our partners. When this is the case, secondtoNAKED will let you know as soon as possible.
Your order will then be automatically cancelled, and fully refunded. Refunded amounts will be credited in the same way as the original payment was made, and will include the cost of the item, together with the transaction and shipping fees.
Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying third parties processing times on which secondtoNAKED has no control.
How do I know when an item will be back in stock?
Items are stocked and shipped to you by our partners.
As a consequence, and in spite of daily stock updates, we are not able to confirm when an item that is out of stock will be available.
