What payment options do you offer?

We accept payment from all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards supported by Stripe including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Which currencies can I pay with?

Prices payable will be displayed on our website in USD and your card will be charged in USD. secondtoNAKED does not currently offer the possibility to pay in other currencies.

How do I pay for import tax and duties?

Our stated shipping fees and charged amounts do not include customs duty and taxes. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties will not be included in the product price displayed on our website (if the total order value is over the relevant country duty threshold).

Many countries and territories allow goods below a specific value to be imported free of taxes and duties. In the event that import taxes and duties apply, they usually have to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

How do I estimate tax and duties?

Please contact your local customs office to determine if any import taxes or duties are payable.

How do I claim back VAT or similar taxes?

We recommend that you contact your local customs office. They will be able to provide you with information as to whether or not you can claim a refund, and instruct you on how to proceed.

How do I use a voucher code?

If you want to use a voucher code when you checkout on secondtoNAKED, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “VIEW CART” after adding a product to your cart, or click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right end corner of the page. From here, you will start the checkout process.
  2. Enter the coupon code into the “Got a Coupon?” box that you will find in the bottom left of the page.
  3. Click on “APPLY COUPON”.

Please note that voucher codes are limited to one per order. Additional Terms & Conditions may apply for each voucher.

My payment has been declined

There are several reasons why your bank or institution may decline charges.

  • Insufficient funds.
  • Card has expired.
  • Bank has placed a hold on your payments.
  • Security code is incorrect.
