Returns and exchanges are handled by the partner your order was placed with, in accordance with its return policy.
You may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused (do not wear them after trying them on) in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags undamaged, to our partner within 14 days from when the item was received.
We ask you to kindly contact us as soon as possible, as we need to be able to process your request within the time limit stipulated by our partner.
On all returns, no handling fees apply. However the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Shipping costs will apply if the partner does not provide a return label. Duties on the initial shipment if any are not refundable, duties on the shipment of the items returned if any remain at your sole expense.
Can I exchange my items?
We will not “exchange” items in the sense that you can simply adjust your order. If you wish to exchange your item for another, you need to organize the return of your item, and then place a new order.
How do I return my items?
- Fill out the returns form and wait for our confirmation email.
Make sure to check out first our returns policy to verify the validity of your request. You may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused (do not wear them after trying them on) in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags undamaged. Upon reception of your form, we will communicate to you a return authorization and the return address.
- After receiving our confirmation email, print your completed return form and put it together with your returned item(s) in its original packaging.
If documents were initially provided with your item(s) (such as an invoice), please leave them in the box.
- Paste a new shipping label on the box to the return address provided in our confirmation email, and ship via a carrier of your choice.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
How do I get my refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method by once validated by our partner (refunded amount will include item cost, transaction fee and shipping fees on the initial shipment).
Please note that from the date return is validated refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times on which secondtoNAKED as no control.
