Free U.S. shipping

SECONDTONAKED currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S., without minimum spending requirements.

International shipping

SECONDTONAKED supports shipping to any address in the U.S. We do not currently offer international shipping to customers outside the U.S.

Shipping options

We partner with many retailers and designers, each one of them having a specific shipping and delivery policy. As a consequence, shipping options will vary by item. Shipping cut-off times exclude holidays and weekends.

Can SECONDTONAKED ship to my postal address?

Yes, our partners deliver packages to any U.S. postal address.

Do you ship to a PO Box Address?

Yes, but we do not recommend using a PO Box Address to receive packages. Most carriers do not deliver to PO Box Addresses properly or only on certain conditions. It is usually safer to use a regular postal address.

Can you group/split my items?

All new orders are deemed separate and will be treated individually.

SECONDTONAKED’s partners usually send items from the same one order grouped so that you receive all of them at the same time.

However, if you are shopping from several partners, or if a partner sends several packages per order, you may receive your items as several deliveries.

How can I track my package?

We will keep you informed at every step of your order.

If you wish to track your package, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you.

What happens if I am away when my package arrives?

Most of the time, if a carrier cannot deliver your package because you are away, another delivery attempt will be scheduled automatically.

If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a note at your door, and your package will be returned to your local shipping carrier’s depot.

You can then either pick it up directly at the depot, or call the carrier to schedule another delivery to your address.

Can I change my shipping details after I have placed my order?

If you wish to change your shipping details after your order has been placed, please visit our partner’s site to get in touch directly.

Make sure to provide your contact details and order number. Note that modifications are not always possible.
